Terms & Conditions — bdkk Platform Rules and Player Obligations

§ 01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdkk ("bdkk", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the bdkk website located at https://bdkk.vu, including all sub-pages, features, games, betting markets, promotions, and support services made available through the platform.

By accessing the bdkk platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and close your account if one has been created.

bdkk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or via an on-site notice. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

§ 02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the bdkk platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are acting as a private individual and not on behalf of a business, organisation, or any other legal entity.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or where your participation would be unlawful.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player with bdkk or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by bdkk for breach of these Terms.
• You are not employed by bdkk, nor are you an immediate family member of a bdkk employee, in a capacity that would give you any informational advantage over other players.

bdkk operates a strict 21+ policy across all markets, including Bangladesh. This age restriction is enforced at registration, at the time of the first withdrawal request, and at any point where bdkk has reasonable grounds to question a player's age. Players who are found to be underage will have their accounts immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and deposits returned to the originating payment method where technically feasible.

§ 03 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the bdkk platform. Opening duplicate, parallel, or replacement accounts — whether under the same or a different name, email address, payment method, or device — is strictly prohibited. bdkk employs technical controls to detect multiple accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all accounts associated with the same player may be suspended and any bonuses claimed across those accounts forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration and keep that information current thereafter. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bdkk is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests and at any other point deemed necessary for compliance purposes. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account displaying your registered number)

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete. bdkk will process all submitted documents promptly and in compliance with its Privacy Policy.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bdkk will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdkk immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

§ 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bdkk currently supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals by players based in Bangladesh:

• bKash — mobile financial service operated by bKash Limited
• Nagad — digital financial service operated by Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — mobile banking service operated by Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited
• Upay — digital payment service operated by United Commercial Bank

bdkk reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any changes that affect their primary deposit or withdrawal channel.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and player verification tier. Full details of applicable limits are displayed within the cashier section of the platform at the time of each transaction.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits are credited to your bdkk account balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation under normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval, subject to successful KYC verification and fraud screening. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 24 hours. bdkk is not liable for delays caused by the payment service provider.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the bdkk platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied by bdkk. Any conversion fees charged by your mobile banking provider are outside bdkk's control and are your sole responsibility.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your bdkk account or that has been successfully verified as belonging to you. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. bdkk reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request.

§ 05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bdkk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), time limits for completion, and maximum bonus conversion caps.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they and any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotional terms for each offer. Unless otherwise specified, wagering contributions from different game categories are as follows:

• Slots: 100% contribution towards wagering requirements
• Live Casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): contribution percentage stated per offer
• Sports betting markets: contribution percentage stated per offer, minimum odds apply

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bdkk employs automated systems to detect irregular betting patterns associated with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit irrespective of outcome, exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, or using staking patterns that indicate bonus exploitation rather than genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is detected, bdkk reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, void any winnings derived from that bonus, and suspend or permanently close the associated account.

5.4 Expiry of Bonuses

All bonuses have an expiry period, which will be stated in the relevant promotional terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered in full before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. No extensions will be granted except at bdkk's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

§ 06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bdkk platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. General betting rules applicable across all products are as follows:

• Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be amended or cancelled except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules or sportsbook market rules.
• bdkk reserves the right to void bets where a technical error, pricing error, or data feed error has resulted in markets being offered or priced incorrectly.
• In the event of a void bet, the stake is returned to the player's balance.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or decided under materially different conditions (e.g., a cricket match reduced in overs due to weather), the relevant market rules will determine settlement. Players are encouraged to review market-specific rules before placing wagers.
• Maximum win limits per bet, per day, and per event may apply. These limits are detailed in the sportsbook and casino sections of the platform.
• bdkk's decision on the settlement of all markets is final, subject to a formal dispute process initiated within 72 hours of settlement.

§ 07 Fair Play

bdkk is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool designed to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit betting markets
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any suspected vulnerability must be reported to [email protected] immediately
• Money laundering or use of the platform for any fraudulent financial activity
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits through the payment provider
• Use of VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account controls

All games on the bdkk platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure statistically fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio facilities. bdkk does not manipulate game outcomes.

§ 08 Responsible Gaming

bdkk takes its commitment to responsible gaming seriously and provides the following tools to all registered players:

§ 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdkk platform — including but not limited to the bdkk logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content licensed from third-party providers, and all other materials — is the property of bdkk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the bdkk platform without the prior written consent of bdkk. Any unauthorised use of platform content will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to a claim for damages.

§ 11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdkk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, interruptions, or delays in platform availability
• Loss of data or account information
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party software providers
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security

bdkk's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bdkk account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits bdkk's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

§ 12 Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your bdkk account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 Termination by bdkk

bdkk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player against bdkk
• Any conduct that bdkk reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players

Where an account is closed by bdkk due to a breach of these Terms, bdkk reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, forfeiture of the balance may apply.

§ 13 Amendments

bdkk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When amendments are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, bdkk will notify registered players via email or an on-site notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

§ 14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bdkk holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bdkk's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects any rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived or overridden by contract.
